How to Set New Password on a Drive RV DVD Player

Question:
the previous owner installed a 4-digit pin that I dont have. how to change the pin or just remove it.

Expert Reply:
Hey John, from what I can find you're going to have to factory reset it in order to set a new password. What you'd have to do is find the reset button labeled RES right next to the DVD eject button, and using something small like a paper clip to press that button.
From here, you should be able to set a new password :)

Thank you Bryce I was able to restore back to factory settings.
