Hey Stacy, the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # DM69GV as long as you're using the Demco Autoslide Capture Plates for Trailair Rota-Flex and Lippert Road Armor Pin Boxes # DM6171 then you can use it with your Rota Flex pin box.
