How tall are the bed rails of your truck from the bed floor to the top of the rail? The tool box # BAK72204 is pretty tall at 19-1/8 inches so it may not be short enough to fit under the top of the tarp. But if you can verify the height you have of your bed rails I can check with BAK to see if they think it would fit or if you'd need to go a different route.

I checked with BAK and they told me that the DeeZee part # DZ8560WB will fit with their Bak F1 part # BAK72204 as they said that from the top of the bed rail down the cover reduces the height by 1-1/16 inch would be less than the height difference of your bed rails 20.2 inches and the toolbox which measures 19-1/8 inches. He thought your truck bed rail height was going to be more like 21.5 inches as well so he though the clearance would be even better.
