I am looking at a 2007 F350 Ambulance by Wheeled Coach. 4x4,diesel,DRW, 165inch wheelbase. Im gutting it and converting to mobile mechanic setup. Would adding this add capacity ?

No, there's nothing you can do suspension wise to add to your vehicle's capacity. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2176 will definitely make for a more comfortable ride and help out significantly with any squatting in the rear end.
The Firestone item # F2176 are confirmed to fit the cab and chassis models of the 2007 Ford F-350. These air bags have a 5,000 lbs capacity and all mounting brackets and hardware are included for installation.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your set up. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
