Question:
I have a lock n roll hitch and purchased a GenY 14 inch extension to get the trailer back from my rear van doors. When I tried to hook up I found that the hitch shaft flairs out at the hitch end, enough that the holes on the hitch and extension will not line up. Had to send it back. Had to pay shipping so that lesson cost me $20. I would like to know if the lock n roll hitch will work with this extender and since you sell both it would be great if you would actually put the two together and see if the holes line up. Would you be able to do that for me/us?

Hey Timothy, since you need about 15 inches of extension and you have a Lock N Roll setup your best option would be just to go with the part # 336TS520 which has 15 inches of extension built into it. Would that work for you?

That trailer side part is made for a trailer that has a receiver type end. You slide that into it and pin it. My trailer has the part bolted onto the tongue. Can you do what I originally asked you to do? I understand if you are not allowed to do that with new parts but you guys do demos on video everyday.
