Will Kuat Transfer Bike Rack Allow Rear Hatch to Open with Rack Tilted and Bikes Loaded

On a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander will the hatch open with this rack tilted down?

Hey Ken, with no bikes loaded onto the Kuat Transfer part # KU84FR you would be able to tilt the rack down and then open the rear hatch. If you had a bike loaded on the inside track you wouldn't be able to open it fully though but it would open to basically the height of your handlebar.
