Will Curt Multi-Fit Ball Kit C68ZV Fit 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD?

Question:

Will the Curt Part Number: C68ZV Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4 Offset fit my 2024 GMC SIERRA 2500 HD SLT? If not is there one like this that will fit?

Hello David, thanks for reaching out. The Curt Offset Ball # C68ZV will fit the 2024 GMC 2500, but it will only work on the 8' bed models.

If you have the short bed, an additional piece, Curt part # 60669 is required. The problem is this part will not be available until later this year.

If you do have the short bed, the Gen-Y Offset Ball # GY55XR is what you will need. This has a 5" offset for creating more clearance between the truck and the trailer.

Thank You Jesse! I ordered the Gen-Y. I was hoping that Curt had one as I really liked their setup but, can't wait for them to catch up. Thanks again for helping! David B.

@David Of course! Glad I could help. I think you will be happier with the Gen-Y anyway. Their design is more custom fit and tailored for your truck and will probably be more durable too. The Curt one works but it is more universal and yes why wait for them to get parts made. Especially considering there is no real ETA for the part you would need. Come back anytime you need anything though.
