I called my contact at Curt Manufacturing and they confirmed that the Curt 4" Offset Ball for Double-Lock Gooseneck Hitch part # C602 will not fit into the gooseneck ball location on a B&W gooseneck hitch such as the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1012.

This is due to the fact that the Curt ball mounts for gooseneck hitches are circular in shape whereas the ball mounts for B&W gooseneck hitches are square. In order to gain a 4" offset with the B&W gooseneck hitch, you will want to use the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNXA4585. Both the B&W and Curt offset ball mounts have a gross trailer weight (GTW) rating of 20,000 lbs with a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
