I need a tire and rim for my trailer, The rim is a Dexstar 17-143 15x5 JJ2200 and the tire is a Kenda Karrier Loadstar ST205/15R15 6PR KR53-T7 OEM 09R031527C1.

Hello Mark, thanks for reaching out. The Dexstar 17-143 trailer wheel that we carry is # AM20422. It's a 15 by 5 inch rim that has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and a 2,200 lb weight rating.
For the tires, it sounds like yours are the 205/75-15 Loadstars. I was not able to find any references for the part number you provided though. We have the 205/75-15 tires such as the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D.
We do not have the exact Loadstar tire you are looking for, but the # TR20515D will be highly similar and would work fine as a spare.
