Hello Kyle,
Looks like you already found the right ones. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs Rear Axle # AL88375 are the correct ones for your 2021 Ram 1500 Rebel 4X4 ECO Diesel. The # AL88375 does come with the internal jounce bumpers (bump stop) giving you that extra layer of security if a bag were to fail while hauling a heavy load, if you would like the ones without the internal jounce bumper then get the # AL57375. If you have an in bed hitch, both the above bags ARE compatible.
If you are looking to pair the bags with an air compressor, I highly recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000EZ, the remote and Bluetooth is a great bonus to this compressor, you don't even need to leave the cab of your truck to check and fill the bags.

The Ram Rebel has a 1" lift from the factory. Will a spacer be needed with these air bags?
