The Eagle wheel that came with your Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Tire # WST67FR has a 4.25" pilot hole so any of the options in our linked selection will fit.

I really like the Replacement Center Cap # CXF104B because it's black, but this does have a gloss black design as opposed to matte black so it won't be an exact match.

@JonG it worked out well. Was a little snug so it did end up leaving some scratches on the cap. Took extra care in making sure both surfaces were clean.
