Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this replacement chrome center cap for 15" or 16" aluminum Viking Series wheels. Now, this is a replacement center cap that'll fit the 15" or 16" diameter six-lug Viking Series aluminum trailer wheel that has the 4.25" pilot hole diameter.The cap basically will install from the backside of the wheel, and it's held in place when the wheel is mounted up to the trailer. You can see this cap has a little ridge here; so when you slide this through the center hole on the wheel, this ridge will hold it up against the wheel. Then when you put the wheel up and tighten the lug nuts down, it holds it in place.Nice thing about this, it is a two-piece design, so it allows you to remove the top of the cap, and yet still allows you to gain access to the center hub on your trailer without having to take the whole wheel and tire assembly off your trailer.
Then when you go to put it back on, you just line it up, and then hit it right on there, and it'll lock into place. You can see there's a little opening here that allows you to put a screwdriver in and pop the cap off when you need to.Now, the cap height on this. Overall height to the very top is right at 4.5". We mentioned it fits the pilot hole diameter size of 4.25", and it is for a quantity of one center cap.But that should do it for the review on the replacement chrome center cap for the 15" or 16" aluminum Viking Series wheels..

Wheels and caps were washed and covered after each trip 4 and covered over the winter Wheels are holding up fine the caps are oxidizing and distraction from the look of the Wheels don't want to replace caps every year ?
Look good but received 3 with chrome centers and 1 with black center. Are sending me 3 more black caps but will be a week to get here. Have to return incorrect caps but is 40 mile round trip drive to UPS store.
