Hey Julio! If you could tell me what kind of tonneau cover you have we might have a replacement key fob for it like item # RTX36TR. I'll need the year, make, and model of your truck too. Go ahead and throw this information in the comment box below and I'll be happy to help you.

Hey Julio, were you able to find the details for your truck and tonneau cover? Once you have that info, I can help confirm if the replacement key fob will work. Let me know what you find so we can get your cover working again.

@ScottL Hey Scott, thanks for the information. The last 4 digits of your serial number 19120339552001 show the year and month the cover was manufactured. Since yours was made in January of 2020 the Replacement Key Fob item # RTX36TR is exactly what you need. It is sold individually.

I’ll get them. Are there dip switches in the remotes and if so, how do I recover the settings?

@Scottl Happy to hear that! There's instructions included but here's how to reprogram the Replacement Key Fob item # RTX36TR: 1. Disconnect power to the cover’s receiver for about 2 minutes so it resets. 2. Reconnect power to the receiver. 3. Press and hold the “STAR” (light) button on the key fob for ~1 second. This clears the receiver’s internal code. 4. Immediately after that, press and hold both the “C” (Close) and “O” (Open) buttons together. Continue holding until the key fob’s small indicator light begins flashing. 5. Once the light flashes, release the buttons. The fob should now be paired/programmed to the cover.
