I have a Retrax retractable tonneau cover that is powered on my 2021 Sierra, but I'm needing a new remote receiver. Can you help me out?

The Replacement Remote Receiver for Retrax Powered Retractable Tonneau Covers # RTX89TR works for all Retrax powered, retractable tonneau covers manufactured after 2017. Unless you get your cover second hand, it should be manufactured after 2017. But, you can check the date code on your cover to be sure.

To determine if your tonneau cover was manufactured after 2017, you'll need to check the serial number. The last 4 digits show the year and month the cover was manufactured. For example, a cover with serial number ending in 2306 would have been manufactured in June 2023.

To find your serial number, you'll need to check the panel closest to the tailgate, near the lock assembly.

I have a cover with serial number 23060763118005. Do you happen to have e a gob that will work for that cover? Thanks in advance!

@FreddieR If you have a Retrax power cover and that's what the serial number is, then those last 4 digits don't add up to a cover that's compatible with a fob. Is your tonneau cover a Retrax?

@JonG Serial # 23060763118005 This product is covered by one or more http://XXXXXX That's everything on the sticker. I'm lost beyond that, absolutely nothing anywhere else on it. I wish there was a way to upload a picture of it.

@JonG I am in the same boat. My serial number starts with 1703 and ends in 6766, on a 2017 Chevrolet bought in 2017. It’s a Retrax power trax Are we sure it’s not the first 4 digits that determines when it was made?
