What Can be Used to Substitute Adjustment Discs for Roadactive Kit

Updated 02/26/2025 | Published 02/24/2025

Question:

I bought my RAS RAS3611-HD on 1 Jan 2022, installed them, and both have worked flawlessly since then. I tow a 10,000 lb trailer about 6 months out of the year and unfortunately have not been rechecking the torque on all of the bolts since installation. For safety reasons, I am in need of some help to properly adjust my RAS system. 1. Can you send me a copy electronic or paper of the installation instructions? 2. Can you also send me the plastic disks which are used to adjust the spring tension that came with my RAS which I have misplaced? If you cannot assist and I need to speak with the RAS company, can you send me their contact information? Thank You, John

Hey John, I attached a link to the install instructions for the Roadactive kit part # RAS3611-HD for you to check out. You might need to scroll further down on the page to find them. While we don't have the replacement discs we can definitely still help as RAS has told us that you can use a quarter to replace the black discs and a dime for the white ones. Would that work for you?

Jameson, thanks very much for the install information and your quick response. I especially like the quarter and dime work around!
