Hello Jim, thanks for reaching out. We do offer suspension parts and hitch extensions for the 3" hitch on your 2024 F-450. The best option for an extension will be one of the TorkLift Cannon extensions. We have a 36" # TLE1636 or a 42" # TLE1642.
