Hey Roy! The Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars # 21-3935 come with four brackets as seen in the attached picture. Two front mounting brackets and two rear mounting brackets. If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out in the comments below.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
