With some tonneau covers you lose access to your bed when hauling taller cargo, but the Pro X15 rolls up in seconds. Safety straps secure the rolled cover behind the cab so you can carry large tools, plywood, or other gear while keeping rear visibility clear. Because it mounts inside the bed rails, you can still use stake-pocket-mounted accessories, tie-down anchors, and bed liners without interference.

Covers that sag or flap in the wind can be frustrating. The Pro X15 solves that with an automatic tension control system that uses spring-loaded steel plungers at the tailgate to keep the cover tight in all weather. It stays just 1/2" above the bed rails for a flush, low-profile finish that reduces drag and helps with gas mileage.

Weather and UV exposure can wear down lesser fabrics, but this cover’s woven polyester with a vinyl coating resists heat, cold, and fading. The matte black finish hides dirt and stays cleaner longer, while automotive-grade seals at the cab and tailgate block rain, dust, and grime from getting into the bed.

Opening and closing the cover takes only one hand. Industrial-grade hook-and-loop fasteners along the rails keep it secure without snaps or zippers. When you need to open it, just pull the Quick Latch on either side of the tailgate—no tools or complicated releases needed.

The Pro X15 installs using bolt-on clamps that attach the side rails to the truck’s bed rails—no drilling or special tools required. The self-leveling design ensures the rails sit square and flat, so the cover seals properly from the start. Once clamped, just roll out the cover, fasten it with the hook-and-loop strips, latch it at the tailgate, and you’re ready to go.

I have contacted the manufacturer and they said that these kinds of problems stem from having the cover installed too far back. You will need to install the cover closer to the cab, and have it compressed 50 by the cabin. They said that your situation can also be resolved by making sure that the tailgate is closed during installation. This will help make sure that the rail is even and not too far back.
