Assuming you're looking for brackets for the # 40-0145, which is designed to fit your 2003 Dodge Dakota, the correct replacement mounting hardware is the # 40-014PK. Did this come off of another truck? If so, the grille guard won't fit even with the right brackets unless it is the one made for the Dakota.
