Does The Inno Rod Box IN52FR Require Additional Tie Downs?

Question:

Does the Inno Rod Rack need to be tied down when driving on the highway or will the clamps alone surfice without having to tie down the box?

Hello again, William. The Inno Rod Box # IN52FR does not require any additional tie downs. The included crossbar clamps will be sufficient for securing the box to your crossbars. The crossbar clamps are secured from inside the box, so once the box is locked it is not coming off the crossbars. You will be able to give it a good shake and say "that's not going anywhere" haha. The pictures below show the crossbars clamps. They are quite secure. Let me know if you need anything else.
