My current axles are lippert 5200lb with 89 hub space and 70 3/4 center of spring seats and 6 on 5 1/2 is the e75sr the closest option?

Hey Jason, yes the etrailer axle part # e75SR is pretty close to what you need but it does have the spring seats incorrectly placed based on what you need. But if you don't mind moving them you could have them rewelded at the distance your trailer requires. Or if it was me I would probably just leave them on there and weld on new ones where they belong like with part # TRSS300.
