Will Air Lift Air Helper Springs Fit A 2020 Ram 2500 With Factory Air Ride Suspension

I have a 2020 Ram with factory air. My 44’ 5th wheel maxes out my current air system and I am curious if the 7500 kit can be used in conjunction with my factory system to aid in supporting said load?

Hey Spencer,
The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57589 would mount in the same space as the factory air springs so you wouldn't be able to use both. You can swap out the factory air springs with the # AL57589 if you wanted to though. If you're wanting something in addition to the factory air springs you can go with a jounce spring like the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SS27GR.
Is sag your only issue or are you facing any handling issues as well?
