Does the second vehicle kit come with the vehicle coach link transmitter? Also, will I need the High-Low Adaptor for a 2024 Bronco Wildtrack with modular bumper and HOSS suspension?

The Second Vehicle Kit item # SM99209 does not come with the coach link transmitter. You'll need to purchase it separately with the Demco Wireless Coachlink Braking Monitor item # SM99945.
As far as a high low adapter goes, that's going to require you to take a couple of measurements. In order to be considered level your RV's hitch has to be within 3" up or down to the base plates on your 2024 Bronco Wildtrack. I do not have specific measurements of your vehicle or have any way of knowing how high your RV's hitch is.

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into your tail light wiring to display the signals from your motorhome through the tail lights of your Bronco. If you have variable voltage LED's then you'll want to use item # RM38FR instead.
