Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT66PR will be a great fit your 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500 EXT Van. If you are also needing some wiring, for a 4-falt connector you want # 118618, if you are looking to pull something with brakes and need a 7-way connector you are going to want the # 22112.
If you do not already have a ball mount, I would go with our etrailer Ball Mount Kit - 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # 989899. This kit will come with both a 2" ball and 2 5/16" ball, your hitch pins and clips, and even an etrailer bag to keep all the loose pieces together.
