Hey Jay, unfortunately it does not look like the Locking Knob with Bolt for SportRack Single-Arm, Hitch-Mounted Bike Carriers # SR0018 is going to work with the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202. Instead, you'd need to use the Replacement Locking Knob for Thule Bike Racks # TH79JV.

I eventually got it to work with some parts from older knob. I don’t remember exactly what I did to make it work as it was about a year ago. Sorry I can’t be more help.
