Is There Replacement For Knob That Locks Thule EasyFold XT to Hitch

Question:

Thule while rack 903202 Need help with 2 parts or do I need to buy a new rack. The spring arm that goes from the rack to the hitch no longer pulls out with spring action. Bigger issue, the lock knob that locks the rack to the hitch fell off. I do not see either of these parts on the Thule website.

Hi Celeste,

I also checked with Thule for you and there is not a replacement for the knob that locks the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 to the hitch, or the spring arm you mentioned. That should not happen though so before buying a new rack, keep in mind the EasyFold comes with a lifetime warranty, so I'd recommend a warranty claim first.
