Replacement Tightening Knob and Hitch Arm for Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202

Question:

I have a Thule Easyfold XT...the knob to tighten the hitch mechanism is stripped. Do you sell the hitch arm replacement with locking knob....I need the complete assembly that folds down and locks into place. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your rack! Unfortunately, I confirmed with Thule that they do not have replacements available for the locking knob mechanism or the connecting hitch arm. With that being said, the only way to receive replacement parts is to replace the entire Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202.

However, before replacing the rack, there is one troubleshooting method to try. The knob on the tightening mechanism is designed to spin freely when locked. For this reason, it is important to make sure that the lock is unlocked before loosening the knob.
