Can Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper Replace Dexter on Trailer

Question:
My current boat trailer disc breaks are Dexter and are an older style. The rotors are 12”. Hubs are 6 lug. My question is: will new Kodiak bolt on the older Dexter mounting bracket?

Hey James, yes Kodiak calipers can replace Dexters and attach to same mounting brackets. Kodiak and Dexter are now owned by the same company. If you were looking to replace what you have with the Kodiak kit part # K2R526DKG that you referenced this would fit and work great.
