Hey Scott, yes the Stealth hitch # SH92QR does fit your 2023 Mini Countryman John Cooper Works. We also have the Curt # C11522.
If you want something that can be totally invisible when not in use you'd want the Stealth but if you wanted something that costs less and is more like a traditional hitch you'd want the Curt.
