Hi Alan,
The rear tie downs between the 2017 and 2023 models should be the same but the front (cab side) will be different. Assuming your running boards don't extend under the bed on the 2023 model you'll need the following TorkLift camper tie-downs:
Front:
Steel # TL87CR (F2032)
Aluminum # TL36CR (F2032A)
Rear:
Steel # TLF3008 (F3008A)
Aluminum # TLF3008A (F3008A)

Hey Alan, how did the fit go with the new TorkLift tie-downs on your 2023 F-350? Your update could make it easier for others upgrading from an older F-250.
