I need a distribution hitch with sway control for my 2024 Ranger with tow pkg to tow a 4400 lbs travel trailer? The rangers anti anti sway control doesn’t do enough to pull with just the ball?

Yes, you do Dave! Your 4,400 lbs trailer will have a tongue weight between 10% - 15% of the trailer weight so that would put yours around 440 lbs - 660 lbs tongue weight. The best weight distribution system with anti-sway control is going to be the Equal-i-zer item # EQ37060ET.
