Can I Install the Square A-Frame Jack w/ Footplate e74VV in a Round A-Frame Hole?

Probably not unless you want to cut that round hole into a 2-1/4" square. The Square A-Frame Jack w/ Footplate item # e74VV is designed for a-frame trailer's that have a square cut out not the standard 2-1/4" circular cut out which I am guessing you have.
A better option is going to be the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack item # TJA-5000S-B with the Drop Leg for etrailer and Ram Jacks item # JF-1005H-Z. The drop leg will add an additional 8" so this combined with the item # TJA-5000S-B would give you 23-5/8" of lift.
