Adding Brake Controller and 7-Way Trailer Connection on 2019 Ford Edge

Question:

I have a factory installed tow package that has a 4-plug only. I have a prodigy 3 controller and would like to transfer it back and forth. Do you know if there is a wiring harness plug installed with the tow package and is there a dongle that can be purchased?

On your 2019 Ford Edge you will have to add a 7-Way Circuit # ETBC7 as there are no factory provisions for a 7-way or brake controller. This kit will plug into your existing 4-way for your lighting and give you additional wiring and circuit breakers to run to the front of you 2019 Ford Edge for the brake controller and charge line circuits. For the Prodigy P3 # 90195 you will need a Replacement Mounting Bracket # TK5906 and Pigtail # 7894.
