Hi Phil; you can install your Q20 # C16130 by using the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # 16310. This will add standard rails to your truck via the B&W gooseneck hitch. However, unless you're using a rotating pin box you will need to switch to a slider for clearance with that 6-1/2' bed. You can swap out the base and add the # C16570 to your Q20 to turn it into a slider.

The cost to put this together is pretty high for what it is. If I were you, I would upgrade to the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W. If you sell the Q20 the cost will probably be the same or even less. The B&W will also be a massive upgrade over the Curt so you're going to have a much better towing experience.

Hey Phil, how did things go with your new Chevy and the fifth wheel setup? Did you end up using the Curt adapter or go with the B&W Companion slider instead? Your update could make it easier for others switching trucks with a similar hitch setup.
