Hello William, thanks for reaching out. The hubs that come with the Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD82FR are meant to be used with lug-centric wheels. This is because the hub comes with studs already mounted to it and it comes with coned lug nuts. You would not want to use this with hub centered wheels.

What options that work with this hub are available for a lug centric wheel/tire with 4000-5000 lb capacity? Say LR H, speed 80mph?

@William We have some options for you. What I recommend is the following: - Cooper Work Series 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR H - Black # LH28FR This has a 75 MPH speed rating, a 4,850 lb capacity and it will work with the # KOD82FR hubs. The cooper tires are very solid. Definitely a step up in quality from a lot of tires made overseas. If you want something with a higher speed rating we have the Goodyear # LH95VR. The Goodyear is a 87 MPH speed rating but the max load is only 4,080. These will be our best two options.
