Can a molle rack be attached to a Thule x sporter pro truck bed rack?

No, the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack does not have the attachment points to install a Molle Rack, it does have the T-Slots where can mount different T-Slotted accessories. I suggest going with the Yakima OverHaul HD like # Y01151-5855 as it is compatible with the Molle Racks. If you would like to give me the year, make, and model of your truck, I am happy to find the Yakima OverHaul Ladder rack that is compatible with your vehicle.
