No, the Westin Safari Light Mounting Bar with Installation Kit # 30-0005-1335 is fit for 2001-2005 Toyota Highlanders. It looks like none of the vendors we carry currently offer a bull bar for your '13 Highlander unfortunately, but there are other vendors out there that do offer one for your model year.
