Hey Chris,
The Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE36MR is designed to fit 2000's and prior Chevy/GMC CK-Trucks so it would not be a fit. You would need the Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE78RR for your Ford E-450 Class C chassis. If you're wanting to replace the front anti-sway bar as well you can use part # HE26GR, this would be reusing the factory end-links for installation.
