Hello Brett, thanks for reaching out. The DeeZee Universal Nerf Bars # DZ3700291 are not custom fitted for any one vehicle so I can't give you a firm answer yes or no. The best thing to do here will be to inspect the frame of your Hummer and see if there are any kind of obstructions in the mounting location. Make sure there are no wires or brake lines or anything that would get in the way of the brackets. As long as there are no obstructions in the mounting locations, they can be made to fit pretty much any vehicle. I know this isn't the most helpful thing ever, but that will really be the only way to check fitment short of just trying them on.
If you don't want to chance it we do have the Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA204075 which are custom fitted for the 2006 Hummer H2.

I get it and I think it will work on the Hummer mounted to the frame. Do you know the maximum dimension of the bars from the base where it would mount to the frame to the outside of the step? The bars you mentioned designed for the H2 won’t work because there is a second bar that attaches to the frame that is rusted out. The replacement bar is discontinued so hoping your universal bars extend far enough so the step is accessible when mounted to the frame. Thank you!
