Hey Bruce,
Thanks for the axle serial numbers, it made this super easy to find. Your current spindles will need # LC57DX, which uses and includes the following bearing and grease seal combination:
Grease Seals 10-36 (pair) # RG06-070
Inner Bearing # 25580
Outer Bearing # 02475
