I am planning to purchase a 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE which has a double exhaust pipe. Can I install either the Etrailer or Curt hitch receiver on this model?

Yes, you can! Both the Curt item # C99FR and etrailer item # e75ZR hitches have been confirmed to fit the 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE's with dual exhaust. These hitches are essentially identical with the exception of the finish. I recommend going with the most cost effective one at your time of purchase.
