I checked the installation instructions for you and the answer is no, there is no trimming or cutting needed of the bumper cover or other parts on your 2025 Chevy Equinox to install the Draw-Tite trailer hitch that fits, which is the following part number:

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76419

You'll be able to bolt the # 76419 into place and keep your Equinox looking like new.
