Hello! I need to get just the base rails and frame attachments for my husband’s truck to be able to switch over my Reese Kwik Set fifth wheel hitch. All installations kits I choose say it doesn’t fit his truck.. would you please let me know which one would be best? 2007 Chevy 2500 HD

Hey Britt! I would be happy to help you find the right set of 5th wheel rails. For your husband's 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD you will need the following parts:

Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Chevy/GMC item # C16418

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
