Hey Chris,
I checked with Curt and they said the Curt Pop-In Ball # C60601 is compatible with Ram 2500 and 3500 OEM puck systems and Curt OEM-style goosenecks for those trucks, but not other gooseneck ball holes. The Curt Pop-In Ball # C60629, per Curt, is compatible with Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan and Ram puck systems and all Curt OEM-style goosenecks.

So it sounds like the Curt #60601 is compatable with Ram puck systems, and the Curt#60629 is also compatable with Ram puck systems? Does that mean that both Curt #60601 and Curt #60629 will both work in my 2024 Ram 2500 factory puck system gooseneck ball hole? It appears by looking at the photos that there might only be a height difference on the upper ball portion, but both balls will install into the puck ball hole. Please let me know. Thanks
