Troubleshooting Hub Drum Not Spinning After Wheel is Installed

Question:
Hello. Nev-R-Adjust drum question. I have a new travel trailer which I have towed on a few trips so far with no issues. I had to replace a tire under warranty due to a bulge. I pulled the wheel off and had a tire shop mount the new tire onto the wheel. With the wheel off the trailer, I could spin the Nev-R-Adjust drum and could hear and feel slight shoe contact. Once I mounted the wheel and tightened the lug nuts I could not spin the wheel/drum at all. Could you lead me in the direction of what made be causing this? Thanks

Hey Corey, thanks for reaching out!
The only thing I can think of is if you're simply having difficulty with the weight of the wheel, but that does seem a little weird considering all you're doing is spinning it. Aside from this you would need to make sure the trailer brakes aren't being activated, and then if that still isn't the case I'd be curious if you're still able to spin the hub if you take the wheel off again.
When a wheel/hub can spin it's either because the brakes are adjusted too tight or there is something messed up internally.

Hey Corey, what ended up happening with the Nev-R-Adjust drum after you checked the brake adjustment and tried spinning the hub again? Knowing how it turned out could help others who run into the same issue.
