Hi Josh; those numbers correspond with a Dexter 6k brake assembly. You either need # BK3-100 or # BK3-110. I don't have a way of knowing which grease seal is on there now so you can either measure the inner diameter of your existing grease seal or measure the spindle. If it is 2.125" you need the # BK3-110 and if it is 2.25" you need the # BK3-100.

Hey Josh, did you get a chance to measure the inner diameter of your grease seal to see which bearing kit fit your Dexter axle? Knowing what worked could really help others trying to match up worn bearing numbers.
