Looking for Replacement Bearing Kit for Hub with Bearings 15123/25580

Updated 09/29/2025 | Published 09/10/2025

Question:

Hi, I was looking at your axle chart to try and figure out which axles I have on my 26 foot dual axle enclosed car trailer running eight lug 16 inch rims. I am planning on replacing my bearings, and they don’t seem to match up to your chart. The axle diameter appears to be 3 1/4 inches. It has eight lugs and the cap diameter looks to be 2.5 inches. The bearings that are in it are the 25580 and 15123. Your chart says it should be a six lug hub with those bearings. So I am wondering if possibly the wrong bearings were installed before I got the trailer or if this is just a different manufacturer that uses the smaller bearing on the heavier axles. I just wanna make sure I get the correct bearings. Thanks, Mark.

Hey Mark, when in doubt the correct bearing info is what is listed on the bearings that are in your hub. So if you have a # 25580 and a # 15123 that is for sure the bearings you will need as a replacement. We have these bearings in a kit with the correct size seal with the part # BK3-110.

Hey Mark, did the bearing kit with the 25580 and 15123 bearings work out for your trailer? I'm asking because your experience could help others facing similar issues with axle bearings.
