Hey Larry,
For a 2019 Ford F-250 we have the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65076 and the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7904. Aside from price the major differentiator here is where the receiver tube is going to come out in the fascia.
The Draw-Tite # 65076 will have the receiver tube come out through the air dam and would require you cut a hole for it. The EcoHitch # 306-X7904 is designed to come out through the opening in the fascia where your license plate would sit. The EcoHitch receiver is going to have a higher vertical load capacity at 1,000lbs compared to the Draw-Tite's 500lb capacity so you'd be able to haul a cargo carrier with some heavier items on it as well or throw on a hitch-mounted snow plow.
Even though the EcoHitch is more expensive it offers the better capacity and a factory look that won't require you to cut up your front fascia.
