Hi Tyson; the answer depends on your A.R.E topper. If you do not have any kind of rails pre-installed I recommend the following:

-Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - Track Mount - Black - 54" Bars # Y02-480B

-Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - Track Mount - Black - 59" Bars # Y02-490B

-Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells - Track Mount - Black - 65" Long # Y02-500B

These come with 63" tracks but they can be cut down to the appropriate length for your camper shell. All you need to do is decide which crossbar length would be best for your setup.

If you have the pre-installed Yakima tracks I still recommend the Rhino-Rack. You can choose from the following based on crossbar length:

-Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks - 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars - Black - 54" Bars # Y02-480B-NT

-Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks - 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars - Black - 59" Bars # Y02-490B-NT

-Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks - 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars - Black - 65" Long # Y02-500B-NT

Hey Tyson, how did the Rhino-Rack roof rack work out on your A.R.E. camper and Canyon? It’d be great to hear which crossbar length you went with. Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar truck and topper.

@Robin Hello Robin, I went with the 54” bars and they worked perfectly. I’m very happy with fit and function of the roof rack system and highly recommend not only this product but E trailer in general.
