Question:

Im looking at the Rhino Rack Y02-490B put on my 2012 Nissan Titan Crew Cab short bed with a leer camper shell. Biscuit comes with 63-in racks but my camper shell is not that long. I want my cross bars to be as long as possible and it looks like the 59-in is the longest running rack makes. Is that true? I also need the rails that I will Mount to my camper shell but this kit comes with 63-in rails and my camper shell would need something more like 48 in. Can I cut these shorter or is there a kit that comes with shorter rails for short bed trucks? thank you in advance.

I have a solution for you!

Since the # Y02-490B have tracks that are too long for your camper and can't be cut, instead you can use these shorter tracks: part # RRRTS547. These are 47" long and will provide the attachment point for the options below.

An easy option to attach to these tracks is the Vortex Aero Bar and Quick Mount leg combination, part # Y02-490B-NT. These are the same bars as the setup you referenced, measuring 59" long.

Of course, if you'd rather have longer bars, you can buy longer ones and the legs separately. The legs are part # RRRLT600. For the bars, if you use part # RRVA165B-2, you'll get the same Vortex Aero Bars, but 65" in length, giving you much more space to mount your accessories.
